3. Listing Rules

When listing a vehicle, you must:

• Own the vehicle or have authority to sell it
• Provide accurate information about the vehicle
• Include clear and recent photos
• Set reasonable and transparent pricing
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Remove listings once a vehicle is sold

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Fees and Payments

Carpola.lk may charge fees for certain services. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the service.

• All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
• Payment must be made before premium services are activated
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Posting illegal or stolen vehicles
• Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Carpola.lk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Carpola.lk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle listings or user information.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our service shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing legal action.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect.
